Experteer Overview As a Databricks Senior Data Engineer, you will design and evolve ETL/ELT processes for the data platform to meet business needs. You will implement data ingestion, transformation, and persistence across Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Lakehouse environments. You act as a technical reference, mentoring the Data Engineering team and guiding design decisions with clients. You will work with architects, BI, and data science teams to ensure a coherent data ecosystem and scalable, reliable data workflows.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and evolve ETL/ELT processes for the data platform

- Establish data quality controls, validations, and traceability




- Set technical standards and development patterns for data pipelines
- Mentor and provide expert support, code reviews for the Data Engineering team
- Engage with clients as technical expert in design decisions and data strategy
- Coordinate with architects, BI and data science teams to ensure data ecosystem coherence
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of data processes
