Senior AI Product Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Engineer to join a product-focused technology team in Barcelona.
You will be involved across the full product lifecycle : from understanding the problem and shaping the solution, to designing, building, iterating, and taking it to production .
You will work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities , using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI , and LLM-based tools where they genuinely add value.

Translate business requirements into simple, effective, and scalable digital products
Design and build end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and system integrations
Develop backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Build intuitive frontend experiences using JavaScript / TypeScript and React
Apply Generative AI where it creates real value, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings,



semantic search, and AI agents
Take ownership of solutions from initial discovery through development, deployment, and production support
Strong professional experience in software engineering and end-to-end product development
Strong proficiency in Python
Solid experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React
Experience developing backend services with FastAPI, Django, Flask , or similar frameworks
Experience working with relational databases
Ability to work across both backend and frontend when needed
Experience taking software solutions from requirements to production
Fluent English

Experience designing UX for internal tools or enterprise applications
Hybrid model – 3 days onsite per week
