To support further development of the Spanish market, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales competences in Spain across Forwarding and IPL (Integrated Project Logistics).
The role combines business development and hands‐on sales management, with a focus on building long‐term relationships with key Spanish clients and supporting the growth of the IPL Spain Division.
Business Development (approx. Develop new business opportunities on the Spanish market
Support growth of Forwarding and IPL services in Spain




Sales Management & Execution (approx. Manage sales processes from lead generation to contract closure
Support IPL project acquisition and ensure smooth handover to operations
Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics, forwarding or IPL
Ability to independently manage sales processes and client relationships
Good understanding of the Spanish market
Experience in cooperation with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Sales competence profile:
Strong focus on business development and relationship building
Solid operational sales execution skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
Cooperation with experienced local and international teams
