We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position.Depending on the direction of Customer Service, you will be responsible for :- - Answering calls and communications of the Company's customers.- - Assist customers in consultations, requirements and complaints.- - Creating, registering and following up on the cases raised for their satisfactory resolution.- - Collaboration and assistance between the different departments and delegations of the Company.
