As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you design and deliver scalable technical solutions during late-stage sales and onboarding. You act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding high-impact projects and mentoring teammates to boost client success. You bridge discovery and delivery to ensure lasting value for strategic accounts. You’ll leverage AI to streamline repetitive work, accelerate decisions, and improve outcomes across teams. This role places you at the core of cross-functional collaboration to shape adoption, scale impact, and drive client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

- Lead technical discovery and design during late-stage sales for strategic clients
- Create complex implementation plans and coordinate handoffs to delivery and support
- Own technical implementation and optimization for high-impact projects
- Serve as primary technical contact for software, data feeds, API integrations, and FTP
- Provide expert platform training and consultation to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to meet client needs
- Mentor junior client success engineers and foster knowledge sharing




- Improve internal processes, workflows, and client engagement practices
- Develop scalable technical enablement content (webinars, docs, videos)
- Use AI to automate recurring deliverables and share effective prompts/workflows
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Represent client voice in product feedback and feature evolution
- Proactively manage high-risk client situations and drive resolution

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role in SaaS, focused on enterprise onboarding/solution engineering
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Deep experience with product data feeds formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP
- Advanced REST and SOAP API integration and troubleshooting
- Strong Excel and HTML knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex client projects
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritization
- Effective communication and presentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to document processes and create technical enablement content
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to boost productivity
