Overview

As Senior Project Manager in Autodesk’s Project Management team (EMEA), you lead consulting services for midmarket and named accounts from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet customer expectations. You manage the delivery team and enforce internal processes, partnering with customers and success managers to align plans with evolving needs. You’ll translate visions into actionable goals, coordinate scoping, and manage risks, procurement, and invoicing. This role offers hybrid work near Barcelona with a strong impact on customer success and project outcomes.

Responsabilidades
- Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk solutions and technologies
- Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs
- Translate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team
- Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget,



and quality parameters and manage project risks
- Manage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing
- Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
- Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews

Requisitos principales
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting
- Experience in IT, AEC or MFG industry
- Customer-facing roles and ability to build customer relationships
- Working proficiency in English, French and ideally Spanish
- Structured and organized approach with clear goals
- Value processes and compliance
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Comfort with frequent change and novelty
- Commitment to continuous development in Project Management
- Team management skills with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
- PMP Certification or similar recommended
- Agile knowledge or certification ( Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP ) a plus
- AI affinity and proactive mindset toward applying AI to project management practices
