In this role you help scale Factorial's Customer Experience by turning numbers into actionable plans. You own revenue movement analysis, forecasting, and target setting for the CX organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will uncover patterns in historical data, translate insights into growth ideas, and present data-driven narratives to leadership. This is an opportunity to shape planning processes and contribute to a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS culture.

- Planning and target setting by building models that translate company goals into team- and individual-level targets

Responsabilidades

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Numerical reasoning and data interpretation
- Logical, structured thinking with problem decomposition
- Clear English communication (written and spoken)
- 1+ year in a role where numbers were core (FPu0026A, financial analysis, business analytics, RevOps, xugodme consulting, audit, banking, pricing)
- SQL basic (benefits if present)
- Strong slide-building skills for executive-ready presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and willingness to learn
