In this role you lead the AI Engineering & Automation function within the Productivity Solutions Division to embed AI-powered automation in engineering workflows. You shape the strategy, roadmap, and governance for AI-enabled SDLC automation and developer tooling. You collaborate across DevSecOps, Security, QE, IT, and engineering teams to scale safe, reliable AI-driven software delivery. You will drive measurable productivity gains and adoption, balancing speed with quality and security. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to redefine engineering automation at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop the AI Engineering & Automation team for AI-assisted SDLC automation and productivity tooling
- Define priorities, staffing, cadence, and performance expectations
- Own the PSD-wide roadmap for AI-enabled engineering automation, including measurement and improvement
- Deliver AI-assisted tooling, agentic workflows, copilots, and automated processes with productivity uplift
- Integrate AI automation into CI/CD, developer workflows, and platform services
- Establish governance, safety guardrails, usage standards, and secure integration patterns for responsible AI in engineering
- Partner with DevSecOps, Developer Experience, Security, QE, IT, and engineering teams to embed automation
- Prioritize AI automation investments based on productivity, quality, reliability, security, cost, and platform strategy




- Drive cross-organizational adoption via enablement, documentation, training, and measurable adoption plans
- Resolve conflicting priorities across productivity, security, reliability, cost, and responsible AI adoption
- Define and track success measures for AI-enabled engineering automation including productivity, adoption, toil reduction, quality, reliability, and developer experience

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years leading people, projects, or programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong background in AI-enabled engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or SDLC automation
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex software environments
- Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, governance, and outcomes
- Experience with AI agents, copilots, ML-driven automation, or agentic workflow automation
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, SDLC tooling, and secure integration patterns
- Knowledge of responsible AI adoption, governance, and secure deployment patterns
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering, product, security, QE, IT, and platform
- Experience driving adoption, enablement, and behavior change across distributed teams
- Ability to balance speed with quality, reliability, security, and cost
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate insights into roadmap decisions
