Experteer Overview In this role you will own Factorial’s Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, designing a scalable, automated identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You’ll implement provisioning, manage access governance, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align policies. You’ll leverage AI and agile methods to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks. - 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments
- Deep knowledge of identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume onboarding environments
- Familiarity with automated SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and AI-enabled tooling (e.G., YepCode)
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders (legal, security, platform engineers)
