Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee end-to-end access management within Julius Baer, aligning with ITIL and security policies while shaping scalable authorization strategies. You will partner with project teams to integrate IAM controls into system rollouts and act as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and risk handling. This is an opportunity to influence how access is governed in a complex financial services environment and to drive continuous improvement in security operations.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in IT or at least five years of experience as an Microsoft Active Directory System Administrator (MCSA or equivalent preferred)
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration and reporting within Active Directory and access management
• Practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and concepts, including RBAC, provisioning workflows and access reviews
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently
• Self-driven, reliable and resilient with ownership, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent command of English; German is an asset
