Overview As Technical Lead for Hardware Development, you will steer the certified hardware design for a critical aeronautical system, ensuring compliance and high-quality architecture across all phases. You'll drive planning, requirements, and validation activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet aeronautical standards. You'll shape the hardware design and certification lifecycle, contributing to a stable, growth-oriented defense/aeronautics environment. This role offers impact at scale and opportunities to influence certified hardware outcomes.

Responsabilidades Lead technical development of certified hardware for a critical aeronautical system
Oversee planning, requirements definition, and architecture design
Develop schematics and diagrams; participate in test reviews and validation
Ensure hardware compliance with aeronautical specifications and standards
Coordinate across teams to maintain design quality throughout lifecycle
Requisitos principales 5+ years of hardware development experience
Knowledge of hardware development tools (Altium, GPU, FPGA, SoC)
Firmware development experience (BSP)
Software development experience (C/C++, RTOS)
Specification activities (e.g., DOORS)
Knowledge of hardware development standards, especially DO-254
Interest in certified hardware for critical aeronautical and defence systems
Additional knowledge in hardware design and certification lifecycle is valued
