In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible for performing the followingactivities on time, on cost and on quality:1. System to Entry Into Service activities: Preparing and managing the System for the entry into service.

Supporting the customer to ensure a successful entry into service.2.

System Support: You will participate in the 2nd and 3rd support levels to the customer, beingresponsible for providing the customer with all necessary support to ensure right use of the system.3. New release or modules/projects development activities: When a new release/project is launched, you will contribute carrying out thefollowing tasks: Participating with the customer in the requirement definition,Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalitiesAssisting the development team in preparing customer documentation andtraining,Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to thesubject product or service,Ensuring the training to the Help Desk,Organizing the training. - Setting up and maintaining the necessary means in order to provide thebest level of service for customers,- Ensuring a good interface with the customers, and development teams.

- Defining integrated solution, including aircraft when it is needed.

- Developing functional analysis.

- Anticipate potential problems by means of a deep testing definition andexecution.

- Correctly and rapidly analyzing the customer queries so that you can findthe solution yourself or transfer the case to the right people,- Correctly assessing the severity of problems (for prioritization whenneeded),- Applying the correct support procedures and propose improvements.

- Identifying ideas for growing or reducing cost- For Digital projectsProviding end-to-end business project management throughoutthe project life cycleScoping of digital projects with internal or external customers,understanding their individual requirements and creating accuratedocumentation (BRD,s) including rapid demonstrators applicationsProduction of appropriate business documentation in support ofprojects including plans, risks, requirement specification dossier,budgets and external communicationsOrganizing the user testing and guarantying the quality of deliveryto clientWriting periodical business project reportSKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
