Overview
In this role you shape the target AWS-based platform for a integral science and technology organisation. You translate complex business and engineering needs into secure, scalable, developer-friendly capabilities that move teams from experimentation to production. You set patterns across networking, security, identity, and agentic technologies to enable autonomy with trust and control. You lead architecture for multi-account environments, container platforms, and agentic AI tooling, delivering reusable, self-serve solutions. You partner with engineers, security specialists, data scientists and product leaders to improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency at scale.
Responsabilidades
- Define target architecture and evolution roadmap for the Global UPTIMIZE AWS Platform
- Establish guardrails, engineering standards, and reusable patterns for secure, scalable platform capabilities
- Lead architecture across AWS networking, identity federation, multi-account environments, container platforms, and security observability
- Design agent identity, access, delegation, workload isolation, auditability, and runtime controls for agentic software
- Partner with platform, software, security, data science, AI engineering, and product teams to translate intent into working capabilities
- Improve platform through user feedback and measure success in reliability, developer experience, security posture, adoption, delivery speed,
and cost
- Drive automation, policy-as-code, templates and self-service capabilities to make secure, scalable paths easy
Requisitos principales
- extensive cloud and systems architecture experience with hands-on AWS production platforms
- deep AWS networking expertise (VPC, Transit Gateway, routing, private connectivity, DNS, network security)
- strong cloud security, IAM, identity federation, workload identity, least-privilege across multi-account environments
- design and operation of container platforms (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes) including lifecycle, networking, scheduling, image management and security
- practical experience with agentic AI for research, design, code, test, automate or operate systems and understanding of agent capabilities
- understanding of agentic application architectures (models, agents, tools, orchestration, memory, guardrails, evaluation) with Bedrock or comparable platforms
- ability to communicate architectural concepts to engineers, product teams, security, and senior stakeholders
