A leading international organization operating in a dynamic trading and commodities environment is seeking a Middle Office & Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.This role combines business intelligence, reporting, and analytical expertise to deliver high-quality dashboards focused on financial and risk-related metrics. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into clear, actionable insights while promoting best practices in data visualization and analytics.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Dashboard Development- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.- Turn data into clear, actionable insights.- Apply BI and data visualization best practices.- Deliver reporting that supports business decisions.Risk & Financial Analytics- Develop dashboards covering PnL, risk positions, and key business metrics.- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions.Data Analysis & Reporting- Create calculations, filters, and reporting logic.- Support data preparation and validation.- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.Analytics & Automation- Support analytics and automation initiatives using SQL, Python,
