Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive professional to support Finance & Operations in an international pharmaceutical environment. The role combines operational supply chain coordination with day-to-day finance support and requires a systematic person who can execute accurately, work across functions, and help improve processes.

Responsibilities

Manage order administration and customer service to ensure timely, accurate execution. Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection.



Monitor accounts payable and support invoice validation and payment processing. Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting preparation. Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement practical solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar hybrid role. Experience in pharma, biotech, FMCG, or another regulated industry is an advantage. Hands-on experience with ERP systems; CRM exposure is a plus. Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage. Interest in AI-driven and digital tools is an advantage.

Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Excellent English skills; German, French, or another European language is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft Business Central Experience with Salesforce. Experience with Visio, Miro, or similar tools for process mapping. xugodme Experience in a small-company environment with broad responsibilities.
