Overview As RF Navigation Payloads Technical Lead, you drive the definition and realization of RF payloads for space missions, guiding systems engineering and architecture. You collaborate across international teams to deliver on-board GNSS receivers, RF signal generators, and SDR-based payload solutions. You'll validate performance, coordinate technical work, and shape the strategy presented to customers. This role offers high-impact work at the frontier of space navigation technology.

Responsabilidades Define and implement RF payload development concepts and architectures
Perform systems engineering to identify payload elements and requirements
Lead design, deployment, validation, and performance assessment activities
Provide technical coordination and propose solutions for product design
Contribute to company strategy discussions with customers
Create and review technical documentation for RF activities in FSR
Participate in client meetings and reviews
Collaborate with partners across international sites and other FSR divisions
Requisitos principales Masters degree in Telecommunications, Microwave or RF Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in RF payload architectures design and related technologies
Experience in design, integration, validation of systems/subsystems
Knowledge of Radio Signals and Digital Signal Processing
Knowledge of RF technologies and equipment (amplifiers, filters, frequency converters)
Software development experience in C and Matlab/Simulink
Strong decision-making, leadership and negotiation skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel (one-off)
