As Senior Process Excellence Manager, you will shape and continuously improve the Product Management process landscape across TECH PM, supporting Straumann's digital ecosystem.
Reporting to the General Head of Product Management, you will establish clear, scalable and efficient ways of working that enable consistent decision‐making and effective collaboration across a global matrix organization.



Own and continuously improve the Product Management process landscape across TECH PM, covering areas such as product strategy, portfolio planning, business cases, roadmaps, market and customer requirements, lifecycle planning, commercialization, product maintenance, change management and discontinuation.
Define process architecture, ownership and decision governance, helping create greater consistency and transparency across teams, business units and product groups.
Champion Lean Management and continuous improvement, using approaches such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, A3 Problem Solving and Visual Management.
Promote Agile ways of working through customer‐focused decisions, iterative improvement, rapid feedback, incremental value delivery and continuous learning.
