You'll lead talent acquisition, development, and performance processes while ensuring smooth personnel administration. This role offers international exposure across multiple European markets and a chance to influence people practices in a fast-evolving business. Responsabilidades Plan, design and evaluate HR initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business goals




Develop human capital management policies in a multicultural environment
Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand performance issues and people needs
Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and HR COEs
Attract, recruit and select talent (Direct Search); develop HR practices; implement learning & development solutions and HR policies
Manage retention strategies; oversee performance management; coordinate personnel administration
Participate in local and group HR projects
Requisitos principales 7-10 years of HR experience
1-2 years as HRBP
Previous experience in recruitment
Fluency in English: C1 level
