As Global Incident Response Manager at Symrise in Barcelona, you will safeguard the company’s integral technology landscape by leading incident response and security monitoring across IT, OT, cloud, and digital environments. You will shape threat detection capabilities, coordinate cross-functional responses, and drive continuous improvement of the security program. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on security operations to strengthen cyber resilience and enable secure digital transformation.

You’ll partner with IT leadership and the CISO to translate complex risks into actionable insights, within a global, collaborative setup.

- Lead the full lifecycle of cybersecurity incidents from detection to recovery
- Develop and refine incident response playbooks and forensic workflows
- Design and operate security monitoring across IT, OT, cloud, endpoints, and infrastructure
- Optimize SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and related monitoring tools
- Create detection rules and use cases for known and emerging threats

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience in security operations, incident response, and enterprise monitoring
- Hands-on with security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management platforms
- Solid understanding of digital forensics, threat xugodme intelligence, and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATTu0026CK)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills across IT, OT, cloud, and business environments
- Ability to translate cybersecurity risks into actionable insights for technical and senior stakeholders
- Experience in complex, global environments and high-pressure security incidents
