As Global Programme Manager, you enable the PMO to deliver large, complex programs across a global client account. You implement standardized governance, translate strategy into executable plans, and ensure disciplined delivery. You operate in a matrixed environment with senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams and the opportunity to shape program performance at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program management or project xugodme delivery experience
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a matrixed environment; ability to influence without authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proven track record building trusted partnerships and delivering results
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Asana)
