and annual financial reports for internal review.- Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.- Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.- Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.Required Skills And Qualifications- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.- Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.- Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.Preferred Qualifications- Prior payroll processing experience.- Experience supporting remote teams.- Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
