The roleAs a Sourcer, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify, approach and qualify freelance IT consultants for client projects.Your main responsibilities:Source IT profiles through LinkedIn, databases and other channelsApproach candidates and build relationshipsQualify their experience, availability and expectationsBuild and develop your own candidate networkWork closely with Business Development Managers to match consultants with client opportunities A clear path to SalesThis role can evolve towards a Business Development position.You will first develop strong expertise in sourcing, candidate qualification and the IT staffing market,



while building your communication, negotiation and commercial skills. As you progress, you can move into a Business Development role and take ownership of your own clients and business.
