About ColdIQ

ColdIQ is a B2B go-to-market platform helping fast-growing companies build pipeline through modern GTM systems. We combine outbound, content, and paid media to build revenue-focused strategies for SaaS and AI companies.

We are now launching a new API-first product allowing GTM teams to orchestrate their campaigns using Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent or any coding agents.

The Role

We're looking for a top-level GTM Engineer to join ColdIQ at the very start of this new chapter.

Your mission is twofold: run best-in-class GTM campaigns, on ColdIQ's own marketplace (generating our pipeline and feeding product feedback) and for our clients. And set the standard for how prospecting is done across the company. You'll build and validate GTM Operating Systems and GTM Brains on ColdIQ's own MCP, directly with clients, in a done-with-you model.

You'll work hands-on across real campaigns and client implementations, documenting what works and shaping the delivery playbook as you go. Do the work at the highest level, set the standard, and growing into Head of GTM becomes the natural next step.

Responsibilities

- Implement GTM Operating Systems end-to-end for ColdIQ clients
- Build and validate GTM Brains using Claude Code and our ecosystem
- Work hands-on in a done-with-you model: you build alongside clients, not for them
- Ensure implementation quality and iterate based on real usage and outcomes
- Document what works and contribute to the delivery playbook
- Run ColdIQ's own outbound campaigns on our marketplace (lead generation + product dogfooding)




- Run consulting sessions with SaaS clients on our larger plans
- Set and raise the bar for campaign quality across ColdIQ, internal and client-facing

What We're Looking For

- Genuinely hands-on, top-level GTM Engineer, you build systems, not decks
- Real, demonstrable experience with Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based automation (non-negotiable)
- Deep GTM knowledge: you understand B2B funnels, outbound, enrichment, CRM, and how GTM systems connect (non-negotiable)
- Background in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or GTM/growth operations
- Comfortable in a client-facing context: you can explain what you build and why it works
- Autonomous and rigorous, you can own a complex implementation from start to finish
- Fluent in English

Bonus Points

- Experience building multi-tool automation pipelines and connecting external services programmatically
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like n8n, Make, or similar
- Experience at a GTM agency or in a consulting / implementation role
- Track record shipping real systems that moved real pipeline
