As an HR Implementation Consultant, you lead onboarding and data migrations across Deel’s HR tools. You guide clients through setup, configuration, and migration phases, ensuring a smooth rollout and data integrity. You work with cross‑functional teams and provide expert guidance to maximize tool adoption. You’ll shape implementation best practices and help clients achieve a seamless transition that supports global workforce needs.

Responsabilidades
- Guide clients through migration to Deel’s HR tools and oversee rollout
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for implementation
- Become expert user of Deel HR tools and their integration with other products
- Lead onboarding journeys using project management practices
- Perform and validate data imports to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions
- Safeguard sensitive employee data in line with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering
- Contribute to internal migration processes and SOP/product automation improvements
Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
- Proven experience managing large HR datasets with accuracy
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience with change management in enterprise settings
- Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in HR systems and related tools
- Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support
- Strong customer relationship management skills
