We are seeking a German‐speaking SMB Account Manager to contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth and margin expansion within existing accounts. therefore, this role will be pivotal in ensuring we continue to provide them with the best possible support. Manage their budget effectively within the wider business travel space; Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Perk portfolio of products to grasp each stage of the customer journey fully.
You'll be the first one to address any issues,



get support from our technical teams, and also educate your clients on any new product features.
2‐year work experience within Account Management or Customer Success roles.
Native or near‐native proficiency in German.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Excellent analytical abilities with a fluency in Excel/ Gsheet.
