As part of our IS & Digital practice, we are looking for a Change Manager to support a major Procure‐to‐Pay (P2P) transformation program for one of our general clients.
About the Role
Based in Barcelona, you will lead the change management stream for the rollout of a Coupa P2P solution across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina . You will work closely with global program teams and local business stakeholders (procurement, finance, supplier management) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
This role is suited to a hands‐on Change Manager with strong P2P experience in international organisations, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1.



Change Management Leadership
- Define, update and maintain the overall change management strategy for the Coupa P2P rollout.
- Build and execute a detailed change plan aligned with project milestones and country‐specific needs.
- Identify early signs of resistance to change and implement mitigation actions and support plans.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Design and implement a communication plan for global and local stakeholders.
- Create and coordinate communications (emails, newsletters, FAQs, presentations) and ensure distribution through local teams.
- Manage relationships with senior management , global program stakeholders and local business teams (procurement, invoicing, supplier management).
- Coordinate with French stakeholders for upcoming waves, including works council requirements and translations .
