Working closely with the CEO and COO, you'll be instrumental in shaping our technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, nurturing technical talent, and driving innovation.Responsibilities- Define and execute a visionary e-commerce technology roadmap, collaborating closely with the leadership team to align IT goals with broader business objectives.- Drive competitive advantage by evaluating emerging technologies, tracking market trends, and adopting industry best practices.- Design, deploy, and manage high-performing technical infrastructure across e-commerce frontend, backend, and native apps.- Guarantee maximum uptime, security, and site reliability through fast issue resolution and proactive prevention.- Recruit, mentor, and oversee high-performing tech teams, with a specialized focus on Ruby on Rails and React.- Foster a collaborative, highly motivated environment that drives continuous learning based on individual strengths.- Define and analyze technical and operational KPIs for our e-commerce platforms, taking strategic actions to drive continuous performance improvements.- Lead the development and launch of new platform features across teams, ensuring code quality, strict project timelines, and budget alignment.- Oversee successful website rollouts,
