In this role, you lead the Au0026amp;P COE across Europe, LAC, and Global Functions, directing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting to drive value for Bacardi. You build and expand a global, standardized Au0026amp;P controllership function, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. You will manage talent, coach Primos, and push process improvements while contributing to Trans4mation initiatives.

You shape global Au0026amp;P strategy and support cross-regional collaboration to enhance performance and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead a 4–10 person Primos team managing Advertising u0026 Promotion budgets across regions
- Provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization through the Au0026P COE
- Drive global expansion and standardization of Au0026P services across regions and functions
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders and enable cross-functional collaboration




- Participate in Trans4mation initiatives within Au0026P controllership
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Au0026P across regions and Global Functions
- Create dynamic financial models to assess performance, risks, and support data-driven decisions
- Improve global process efficiency and drive end-to-end cost reduction while maintaining quality
- Mentor and develop Primos to progress on development plans
- Lead transformation projects to standardise processes and maximize value

Responsabilidades

- 5–7 years of finance experience, including Au0026P controllership xugodme experience
- Proven leadership and ability to develop and retain staff
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and identify strategic opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and process/quality analysis skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable presenting to Executive audiences
