Celebrity Cruises seeks a CDP Pastry to lead the pastry galley aboard our ships, ensuring daily production meets quality standards and presentation for our guests.
You will coach the pastry team, forecast production, minimize waste, and guarantee compliance with USPH rules; you will collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery and other culinary leaders. This role requires strong management, communication and cost-control skills in a multicultural, fast-paced cruise environment.
