We’re looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join a growing, tech driven organisation with a strong presence across Europe.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping People Operations in a scaling business, supporting multiple markets and helping build efficient, people-first processes from the ground up.What you’ll be doing- Own and manageend to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets- Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations- Act as the go to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions- Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data- Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people related matters- Contribute to building a high performing,



people centric cultureWhat we’re looking for- 2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environment- Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance- Familiarity with HR systems (e.G.
