In this role you will lead event operations across Spain and Italy for a global creative events agency within Amex GBT. You will connect regional teams with global standards, acting as a strategic communicator and reputation ambassador. You’ll drive operational excellence, boost delivery quality, and manage Pu0026amp;L at scale.
You’ll partner with cross‑functional peers to harmonize processes and elevate client outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping regional visibility and performance.

Responsabilidades
- 10+ years in event agency operations/production
- Fluent in Spanish; English and Italian a plus
- Experience managing large xugodme multi-layered teams across multiple countries
- Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills
- Proven leadership in the event/communication industry
- Existing network with potential for visibility enhancement
