Are you passionate about People & Culture, HR digitalisation and data? Would you like to join an international environment where you can play a key role in improving HR processes and systems across different countries?

We are currently looking for a P&C; Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis to support general P&C; digitalisation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR applications, processes and reporting.

Location: Barcelona

Your responsibilities

- Support and coordinate global P&C; digitalisation projects, including local implementation
- Lead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirements
- Support SuccessFactors applications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level support
- Coordinate testing, release management and user training
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Drive improvements in P&C; data quality, particularly across subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting




- Support global HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners
- Contribute to change requests and continuous application improvements

Your profile

- Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay
- Experience working in an international xugodme environment, ideally with global SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English is required; German would be an advantage
- A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
