POSITION TITLE: Philanthropy Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE

The Philanthropy Coordinator supports GUESS LLC philanthropic initiatives, charitable partnerships, employee engagement programs, and community outreach efforts. This position coordinates fundraising campaigns, volunteer initiatives, charitable events, donation activities, and related administrative processes while supporting positive relationships with internal stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate and administer corporate philanthropy programs, charitable partnerships, employee giving campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach initiatives. Serve as a day-to-day contact for nonprofit organizations and community partners.

Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, awareness campaigns, employee engagement activities, donation drives, and charitable initiatives across GUESS LLC brands and locations.

Maintain records of donations, sponsorships, grants, volunteer participation, budgets, and community impact measures. Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership and stakeholder review.

Collaborate with Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Retail Operations,



and other internal partners to coordinate philanthropic programs and support alignment with business objectives and brand standards.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and files, processing invoices, tracking agreements, coordinating communications, and supporting department projects.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
