Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge business and technology to design, develop, and deploy data-driven and AI-powered solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP. You translate complex business needs into scalable digital products that boost decision-making and operational efficiency, supporting Antolin’s integral digital transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape enterprise data models, pipelines, and intelligent applications. This is a chance to influence how automotive interiors are transformed through data and AI at scale.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering to identify opportunities
• Translate requirements into scalable digital solutions and operational apps
• Facilitate workshops and assist solution design
• Design and maintain enterprise ontologies and data models in Palantir Foundry
• Develop dashboards, decision-support tools, and AI-powered solutions using Palantir AIP




• Lead digital use cases from concept to production deployment
• Drive user adoption, measure impact, and enable continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI across the organization
• Contribute to evolution of Antolin’s digital platform and best practices

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Experience developing enterprise software or data-driven solutions
• Strong Python programming skills
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent English
