Experteer Overview In this role you will support and optimize regional supply planning to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory efficiency and smooth material flow, contributing to regional Su0026amp;OP processes and continuous improvement. You will work with data to identify constraints and propose actionable solutions that improve service levels and inventory performance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts • Execute mid- and long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region • Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilization; provide data-driven recommendations to the SC team • Review inventory policies, track slow-movers,



and monitor obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management • Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities and market needs • Provide detailed inputs and reports for regional Su0026OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand • Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve issues • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy Responsabilidades • Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering with focus on supply chain • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role (FMCG preferred) • Fluent English • Strong analytical and communication skills • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage • Problem-solving mindset and team orientation • Ability to work in a diverse, global environment Requisitos principales • Flexible work scheme and hybrid model • Growth opportunities (general) • Health insurance for employee • Parental leave (gender-neutral) • Employee Share Plan • Meal allowance
