We are looking for a (Lead) NOC Engineer / Senior Network Operations Engineer with fluent Russian & English to join our Network Operations team.In this role, you will work with production ISP networks, perform hands-on troubleshooting, assist in planned network changes and collaborate closely with senior engineers, NOC and external vendors.What you'll do:- Rapid identification, diagnosis, and resolution of L2/L3 network incidents.- Configuration and maintenance of customer services: BGP, VLAN/QinQ, L2VPN.- Interaction with external providers and upstream carriers.- Collaboration with monitoring and technical support teams.- Ticket escalation, tracking of service status and link availability.- Change management, technical documentation, and participation in on-call rotation.- Professional communication with internal teams, management, customers/providers in English and Russian.- Participation in network stability, scalability, and modernization initiatives.What we're looking for:- 5+ years of hands-on network infrastructure operations experience.- Strong routing and switching background.- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar network equipment.- Practical understanding of DWDM architecture, operating principles, and automation.- Strong knowledge of BGP, routing policies, BGP communities.- Knowledge of Segment Routing.- Experience with DDoS mitigation: Flowspec,
