As Senior Project Manager you lead end-to-end delivery of solar and energy projects within the EMEA region, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality meet contractual commitments. You coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes while maximizing customer satisfaction. You own project performance, including financials, logistics, and risk mitigation, and advocate for customer needs across the organization.

- Own and manage the project/account lifecycle from handover through commissioning to final closure, ensuring 100% alignment with contract and full revenue collection.
- Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation.
- Manage project Pu0026L, forecasting, margins, invoicing, and cash collection, driving corrective actions to protect margins.
- Lead governance with regular progress meetings and clear reporting, managing customer expectations and internal advocacy.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Field Service) to ensure design, material availability, and on-site execution align with schedule.
- Ensure HSE, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on-site; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
- Provide technical guidance on Nextpower solutions and support customers and internal teams with product and project insights. xugodme
- Drive change orders, claims, and variations with customers and suppliers while pursuing zero-value leakage.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or EPC environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and construction processes
- Solid financial acumen: budgeting, margin tracking, cost control, cash flow
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools; PMP or equivalent is valued
- Experience with PV technology and solar tracking systems is highly valued
- Fluent English; willingness to travel ~20%
