As Engineering Team Lead, you’ll directly shape a hands-on, AI-driven product area while coaching a small team of engineers. You write code, review work, and pair on difficult problems, aligning technical decisions with business impact. You’ll drive the shift to AI-native product development, balancing delivery with people growth. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building impactful software with real users.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Write code weekly on product features, reviews, and pairing
• Shape roadmap by learning the business and customer journey with the team
• Write and review RFCs and provide constructive feedback
• Lead weekly 1:1s focused on individual development and well-being
• Interview and raise the team bar for new engineers

Responsabilidades
• Solid full-stack production software experience
• Active coding and desire to continue coding
• Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and integration building
• Experience handling scalability, performance, and quality constraints in production
• Ability to read unfamiliar codebases quickly
• Mentoring and team leadership experience, formal or informal
• Business-minded approach to linking technical decisions to customer value
• Experience with AI-powered features or workflows in production
• Comfort with Socratic problem-solving and collaborative decision making
