HRBP Assistant with Chinese
Role Purpose
Support the HR Business Partner responsible for Huawei Spain's Tech business, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient HR operations, and effective communication between local teams and headquarters in China. This junior role is ideal for someone highly organized, flexible, and eager to grow within a fast‐paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the HRBP across all HR processes: training, performance management, promotions, and talent development.
- Facilitate bilingual communication (Chinese–Spanish/English) with internal teams, managers, and HQ stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, and internal reporting.
- Assist in HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, employer branding, and internal events.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and presentations for the HRBP and business leaders.
- Prepare basic HR analytics using Excel/Sheets to support dashboards and KPIs.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed by the Tech business, maintaining a proactive and adaptable approach.
Requirements
- Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) for daily interaction with HQ.
- Fluent Spanish & English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or support roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High flexibility, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems).
