Until now, our consultants have managed the full 360° cycle, combining recruitment and business development. Today, we’re taking the next step by building a brand-new Sales Acquisition team , fully dedicated to outbound prospecting and generating new business opportunities.

We’re looking for one of the first Business Developers / BDRs to join the team and help us build this new function from the ground up.

Who We’re Looking For

• A first experience in Sales, Business Development or B2B prospecting — internship or apprenticeship experience counts.

• Fluent French and English are required; Spanish is a strong plus.

• Strong communication skills, resilience and a real appetite for sales and performance.

• Someone curious, ambitious and excited by the idea of joining a team at its very beginning and helping shape the way it works.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage new prospects through calls, LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.

• Qualify business opportunities and book meetings for our Recruitment Consultants.

• Help build our acquisition strategy: scripts, processes, CRM pipeline, account mapping and outreach methodology.
