Are you an experienced Test Analyst with a passion for quality assurance, test strategy, and hands-on testing? Join a major transformation program within the Non-Life Claims domain of a leading insurance company and contribute to the delivery of innovative digital solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.

? Location: Brussels Centre

? Your Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements and identify quality risks
- Define and maintain test strategies and master test plans
- Coordinate system, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing activities
- Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases
- Investigate incidents, defects, and root causes
- Monitor testing progress and report to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and project teams
- Support release and regression testing activities

✅ Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in test analysis, test execution, and defect management
- Experience defining test strategies, test plans, and test structures




- Knowledge of business process management, requirements management, and test engineering
- Insurance sector experience
- SQL and DB2 knowledge
- Azure DevOps experience
- API testing experience
- Ability to investigate end-to-end functional issues and support analysis activities

⭐ Nice to Have

- Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI
- Test automation experience (Playwright, Cucumber, etc.)
- Experience with workflow or case management tools
- Claims management systems experience

? Languages

- English (mandatory)
- Dutch and/or French (one fluent and the other passive/basic)

? Personal Qualities
