Digital Portfolio Support Officer (PSO)

Overview

MSI Pharma is partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Digital Portfolio Support Officer (PSO) to join its General Engineering function. This role will support a diverse digital project portfolio spanning engineering facilities, health & safety, wellbeing, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Acting as the operational right hand to the Portfolio Lead, you will play a key role in portfolio governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project follow-up across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Portfolio Support, or project governance environments
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting project portfolios and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organisational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Professional proficiency in both English and French
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders and proactively driving actions to completion
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Hard Skills

- Portfolio governance and project coordination
- Portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard management

- Executive-level PowerPoint presentation development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SharePoint administration and document management

- Experience with Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
