In this role you will help shape a social/mobile game by exploring ideas, defining concepts, and driving features from ideation to delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization. You’ll learn to wireframe, test ideas with users, and base decisions on data and KPIs. The position offers hands-on growth in a collaborative, product-driven environment where your impact scales with player value and business metrics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Generate product visions for social/mobile games and identify monetizable features
- Translate ideas into detailed concepts and own features from ideation to delivery
- Create wireframes, mockups and user flows for new features
- Collect and synthesize player feedback from surveys, reviews, and in-game data
- Collaborate with product managers,



artists and engineers to prioritize tasks and manage the roadmap
- Define, measure and analyze KPIs to guide priorities and next steps
- Conduct systematic A/B tests to optimize features post-launch
- Continuously optimize features to boost engagement and monetization
