Experteer Overview As a Senior IC in Product Design, you will architect and hands-on design an AI-driven design system that enables production-ready UI. You will design the substrate, tokens, components, and AI workflows, while also crafting real interfaces to test and prove the system. You’ll partner with design leadership to scale an AI-native design workflow across the organization, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product. The role blends design craft with front-end code to push rapid, high-quality output. - 7+ years in product design and front-end engineering in complex products
- Strong design sense for layout, typography, interaction, and motion
- Proficiency with TypeScript/React and front-end prototyping
- Experience with design systems or building/ extending them
- Experience with AI design and coding tools in real work environments
- Comfort working in ambiguity and setting standards for others to follow
