Overview

In this IT Project Manager role, you will drive security and infrastructure initiatives that underpin our aeronautics operations. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, enforcing strong security and compliance standards. You’ll translate scope into plans, monitor risks, and ensure successful handover to operations. This position combines governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence to support mission-critical systems. You will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment that values secure, high-availability solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Lead security and infrastructure projects from planning through delivery and handover
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and risk frameworks with technical experts
- Coordinate integral, cross-functional teams to meet milestones
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Anticipate blockers, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks




- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Facilitate clear communication between Security, Development, and IT Operations
- Foster stakeholder relationships and a collaborative delivery culture

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of PM experience in technical, security, or infrastructure environments
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (authentication, access control, basic risk mitigation)
- Proven ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
