Experteer Overview In this role, you design and deliver AI-powered insights platforms and data pipelines that turn raw market data into actionable recommendations. You work with cross-functional teams across integral regions to build production-grade AI-enabled applications and scalable data infrastructure. - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark) to ingest and serve market and business data using AWS services
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph)
- Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, backend, frontend) using Python, React/Next.Js and cloud-native services
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to ensure reliability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, user stories, and working software




- Contribute to platform architecture decisions (infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, containerization with Docker, CI/CD practices)
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharingResponsabilidades
- Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade applications or pipelines
- Experience in one or more: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering
- Hands-on with cloud platforms, especially AWS; familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
- Exposure to LLMs and generative AI: model integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Next.Js) and API design (REST, GraphQL)
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale
- Solid fundamentals in software engineering: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform
- Good communication skills and ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
