As part of MongoDB’s Industry Solutions Team, you will articulate how MongoDB enables industry-focused modernization across enterprise clients. You’ll craft technical demos and content to illustrate business value, collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product, and support go-to-market initiatives. Your work spans from startups to global enterprises, helping tailor solutions and enable sales across diverse verticals.

This role blends hands-on tech with strategic storytelling to accelerate data-driven modernization. A growth trajectory toward consulting leadership awaits in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead creation of industry-focused technical demos showcasing MongoDB capabilities
- Generate and deliver content (white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership, speaking engagements) to communicate business value




- Collaborate with IST to tailor solutions and content for accounts from startups to large enterprises
- Assist in sales enablement through technical discovery, demos, trainings, proof of values, and documenting decision criteria
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product to support MongoDB’s Go-To-Market strategy
- Mentor teammates and share best practices
- Support cross-functional collaboration and adapt to multiple verticals

Responsabilidades

- At least 3 years in tech or related field
- Foundational knowledge of programming (Python u0026 Javascript)
- Foundational xugodme knowledge of data and/or data engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industries
- Experience or interest across multiple industries (finance, banking, healthcare)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with drive to become an expert
