In this role you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that advance operational excellence, service enablement, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. You will integrate strategy and execution across operations, engineering, and finance to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll define roadmaps, governance, and KPIs while driving change and continuous improvement. Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA) service delivery, operational transformation, infrastructure, engineering, data center, or technology-focused programs is xugodme highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
- Strategic thinking with proven execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate business problems into structured programs
