¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Develop and execute the annual European marketing strategy, prioritizing key growth markets and audiences.
- Lead audience growth initiatives, particularly focused on attracting younger fans in priority markets.
- Leverage consumer and cultural insights to inform regional marketing plans and decision-making.
- Adapt global campaigns to local markets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Build partnerships, creator collaborations, and marketing initiatives to expand reach and engage new audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Social, Communications, Content, and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Work closely with promoters and broadcasters to drive year-round market growth and support key events.
- Coordinate marketing activities across digital and offline channels,



managing agencies and local partners.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, including budget management, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Measure results, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the region.
