In this Staff role, you will shape the technical direction for modernizing Cint’s Supply domain, moving from a Go-centric monolith toward a unified Java/Kotlin/Spring stack. You’ll own architectural patterns and standards to enable zero-downtime domain migrations and reduce legacy debt. You’ll mentor engineers, raise the team’s technical depth, and collaborate with product and integral teams to balance technical goals with business value.

- Design and implement patterns for legacy displacement and monolith decommissioning with zero downtime
- Own the architectural vision for legacy displacement across the domain
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise the quality bar through design reviews




- Build new services and help transition codebases from Go to Spring
- Partner with product managers to shape roadmaps balancing debt and new value
- Communicate effectively across time zones with strong written/documentation skills
- Leverage Grafana and tracing for observability to keep backend-heavy systems performant
- Utilize AI-assisted tooling (Agentic programming tools like Claude Code) to accelerate refactoring

Responsabilidades

- Backend engineering experience (10+ years typical) with production-critical systems
- Experience across multiple stacks and comfort xugodme with frontend (React)
- Proven ability to break down monoliths and manage migrations
- Strong collaboration and mentoring mindset
- Focus on test strategy (Unit, Integration, E2E) and quality
- Product-minded with understanding of business impact of architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems and observability practices
